Luxury or Exposure: Pick One
A few weeks ago, I was having dinner with a few women from the same lifestyle (a table where no one flinches at NDAs, private aviation, or a lover twice your age). The conversation drifted to the now-infamous Coldplay CEO exposure, and naturally, it sparked a debate: in the age of AI, are face-out escorts more vulnerable than ever?
One side argued visibility still sells. The other called it a liability. But the real question hanging in the air was this: when everyone’s chasing fame, who’s protecting power?
Will AI, scandal-prone CEOs, and the rise of fake-famous influencers make clients pause before booking the next Twitter “ho” with a gazillion followers? Will clients finally stop being this gullible?
My stance: no.
Some will. Most won’t. Not yet.
Because most clients aren’t booking from discernment, they’re booking from delusion. From ego. From the fantasy of proximity to status. These are the same men who see a 100k Twitter following and think, “I bet she’s different.” She might be. She might not. But he needs to believe she is, because that belief props up his own fantasy of importance.
Powerful men are still just men. And many of them? Absolutely will risk it all for dinner with a dopamine-fueled dopamine dispenser, even if her face is splattered across the entire internet like a glitchy NFT. Because ego is louder than risk, and for some, discretion is just a talking point, not a lifestyle.
A lot of clients confuse money with invincibility. And they confuse exposure with exclusivity, because in their minds, a woman with 100k simps who broadcasts every dinner like a social climber with an inferiority complex must be winning. What they don’t realize is: they’re the clowns funding the illusion. They confuse quantity of exposure with quality of experience.
I’ve watched this cycle play out for over ten years. And here’s what always cuts through the noise: the real top-tier crave privacy like a second skin. They rarely want their name, face, or scent anywhere near a loud mouth who posts every five minutes and tags herself like a brand ambassador for softcore capitalism. Clients who are actually intelligent, legacy-driven, and high-level strategic? They don’t book what’s loud. They book what’s rare.
So yes, there will always be status-chasing men willing to dine with the “escort of the month.” What will change? The more the internet gets saturated with bots, clones, and exposed frauds, the more men with actual brains and bank will crave the real. Not the loudest. Not the most followed. The ones who do not need to beg, perform, or prove something on the internet. Because truly high-level men (and high-level women) trust the ones who know when to shut up and collect power in silence.
Women I always looked up to were playing in a different dimension entirely. Not in the business of begging. Never part of this circus. They chose precision over performance, and silence over spectacle. I watched them move (carefully, surgically), and they taught me the only lesson that ever mattered: true seductresses don’t shout. They whisper.
The slow game? That’s legacy. That’s villas in Lake Como. That’s a name whispered in rooms you’re never tagged in. Because real wealth isn’t in the Twitter feed, it’s in the private network.
